Fulcrum opened in 2014 on Fulton Street with three chairs and one rule: never rush a client. We've turned down requests to franchise. We've turned down the walk-in model. We still close on Mondays so the team can train.
Every barber at Fulcrum has been with us for at least four years. That continuity is the product. You're not getting whoever's free — you're getting your barber.
