What is reformer Pilates?

A spring-loaded machine that meets you wherever your body is today.

The reformer is a sliding carriage with adjustable springs. It can be gentle and rehabilitative, or strength-building and athletic — same machine, different load. We program every class around small, deliberate progressions, and we never let you guess what comes next.

  • Max 8 students

You get watched. Spring changes happen at your pace.

  • First-timer friendly

Foundations classes start from zero. No prior practice needed.

FAQ

What you're probably wondering.

I've never done reformer Pilates. Can I start?
Yes — Foundations classes are designed for first-timers. We pair newer students with smaller class sizes and walk through every spring change in real time.
What should I wear?
Anything you can move in. Grippy socks are required (we sell them at the studio if you forget).
Do I need to bring anything?
Just water. We provide the reformer, props, and grippy socks for first-timers.
Cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 12 hours before class for a full credit. Late cancels and no-shows lose the class.
