No — reviews improve trust, but they're not required for the first 50 transactions. Seller identity verification (Stripe Connect KYC) provides the basic trust signal that allows transactions to proceed without reviews. Reviews are a v2 feature once you have a transaction history worth reviewing.
In the MVP, disputes are handled manually via email escalation to the platform admin. The admin console allows manual processing of refunds. A structured dispute workflow with evidence collection and resolution tracking is a v2 feature.
