Yes via channel manager API (SiteMinder, Cloudbeds Channel Manager) which handles the OTA integrations. The custom PMS connects to the channel manager for availability push and reservation pull — not directly to each OTA.

Digital key via mobile app requires lock hardware integration. Dormakaba, ASSA ABLOY, and Salto all have mobile key SDKs. Lock hardware investment required. Included as an add-on to the base PMS scope.
