When partners want to resell your product under their brand, white-label is the distribution lever.
White-label partners can become your highest-volume distribution channel — if the product supports multi-brand deployment. Custom domain per partner, their branding in the UI, their name in the emails. We build the white-label infrastructure on top of your existing product.
Existing product that resellers want to rebrand and sell to their customers — but the product isn't architected to support multi-brand deployment
White-label distribution requires product capabilities that most products weren't built with from the start. The reseller partner wants:
Custom domain. The product should be accessible at their domain (app.theircompany.com), not the product's domain (app.yourproduct.com). Their customers should never see your brand.
Custom branding. Logo, primary color, email sender name, email content — all should reflect the reseller's brand. When the reseller's customer receives an email from the platform, it should come from the reseller, not from the underlying product.
Data isolation. Each reseller's customers should be isolated from other resellers' customers. The reseller should be able to manage their own customer base independently.
Reseller admin panel. The reseller needs the ability to manage their customers: create accounts, view usage, and manage billing for their end customers — without requiring access to the core product's admin panel.
The technical implementation challenge: custom domains require dynamic SSL certificate provisioning (Vercel or a similar platform handles this), branding requires a per-tenant theme system, and data isolation requires the multi-tenancy architecture already in the product or added alongside the white-label work.
White-label infrastructure added to the existing product — per-partner custom domains, branding configuration, and the admin tools to manage partner deployments
Custom domain support
Per-tenant custom domain configuration with automated SSL certificate provisioning via Vercel's custom domain API. Tenant resolved from the request hostname.
Branding theme system
Per-tenant branding configuration: logo URL, primary color, company name, support email. Applied via CSS variables or a theme context — no per-tenant code builds.
Email sender customization
Per-tenant email sender name and reply-to address via Resend. Branding applied to email templates via tenant context.
Reseller admin panel
Admin interface for resellers to manage their customer accounts: create new accounts, view usage metrics, and manage their customers' subscriptions.
Partner management panel
Internal admin panel for managing the reseller partner list, their branding configuration, and their custom domain settings.

Why Fixed-Price Matters Here
White-label infrastructure scope is defined by the branding elements and the reseller admin requirements. Fixed price after the requirements are specified.
Questions, answered.
Feature flags per tenant are a natural extension of the white-label infrastructure. Some resellers get feature A enabled, others don't. The feature flag system is tenant-scoped.
Stripe Connect enables each reseller to receive payments from their customers directly, with the platform taking a platform fee. This is the right model if resellers are managing their own billing relationships with end customers.
White-label infrastructure (custom domains, branding, reseller admin): from $28k. Fixed-price.
