Recruiting dashboards that show recruiter activity, pipeline velocity, and time-to-fill without end-of-month reporting.
We build analytics dashboards for recruiting firms and HR tech companies — recruiter activity metrics, pipeline conversion rates, time-to-fill by role type, fee revenue tracking, and the client portfolio view that shows which clients are producing and which are stalling. Fixed scope, fixed price.
Your recruiting team's production is measured by placements made this month. But the data that predicts placements — submissions, interviews, offers — is scattered across the ATS and your tracking is a Tuesday team meeting where people report verbally.
Recruiting is a pipeline business, and pipeline businesses live or die on conversion rate visibility. A recruiter who submits 20 candidates and places 3 has a 15% submission-to-placement rate. A recruiter who submits 20 candidates and places 1 has a 5% rate. The difference is visible in the pipeline data — but only if the pipeline data is tracked systematically and reported in a way that makes the conversion rate visible at each stage.
Most ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever) track stage-by-stage pipeline data. The challenge is that the ATS is designed for workflow management, not for analytics reporting. Getting a submission-to-placement conversion rate by recruiter, by role type, and by client out of Bullhorn requires a custom report that someone has to build, run, and distribute manually. The natural result is that recruiting firms report lagging metrics (placements made this month, revenue this month) rather than leading metrics (submissions in process, interviews scheduled, offers pending) — and by the time the lagging metrics are visible, the month is over.
The second gap is client portfolio visibility. A recruiting firm with 15 active client relationships needs to know which clients have active requisitions, which clients haven't sent a new req in 60 days, and which clients are placing offers on a consistent basis. That view — the client health dashboard — is the business development view that tells the manager where to focus client relationship energy.
A recruiting analytics dashboard with recruiter activity metrics, pipeline stage conversion rates, time-to-fill tracking, fee revenue by client, and the leading indicators that tell you where this month's placements are coming from before the month ends.
Recruiter activity dashboard
Candidate calls per day per recruiter. Submissions per week per recruiter. Interviews scheduled and conducted per recruiter. Offers extended per recruiter. Placements per month per recruiter and YTD. Trending up/down indicators for each activity metric.
Pipeline stage conversion
Conversion rate at each stage of the pipeline: sourced → screened → submitted → interview → offer → placed. Conversion rate by recruiter, by role type, by client. Stage velocity — average days at each stage. Bottleneck identification (which stage has the longest average duration and lowest conversion).
Time-to-fill analytics
Average time-to-fill by role type (direct hire vs. contract), by industry, and by client. Distribution of time-to-fill — what percentage of roles fill in under 30 days? 30-60 days? 60+ days? Comparison to prior quarter.
Fee revenue tracking
Placed revenue (fee value of filled positions) by month, by recruiter, and by client. Revenue from direct hire vs. contract staffing. Projected revenue from in-process offers. Target vs. actual revenue per recruiter YTD.
Client portfolio health
Active requisitions per client. Days since last new requisition submitted per client. Placement rate (offers accepted / submitted) per client. Client-level pipeline: submissions pending, interviews in progress, offers pending. Flags for clients with no activity in 45+ days. Built on Next.js, Recharts, Postgres, and Bullhorn/Greenhouse/Lever ATS API integrations.

Why Fixed-Price Matters Here
Recruiting firm owners and managers measure their business in placements and fees. A dashboard investment that converts ATS data into production visibility is justified against the improvement in recruiter coaching and pipeline management it enables. Fixed scope, fixed price.

Questions, answered.
Most major ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever) have REST APIs we integrate with. For ATS systems without a sufficient API, we can ingest scheduled data exports (CSV or XML) on a daily refresh cycle. The dashboard is functionally equivalent — data is slightly less real-time with export-based ingestion.
Yes — contract staffing and direct hire have different pipeline stages, different fee structures (bill rate / margin vs. contingency percentage), and different time-to-fill patterns. The dashboard segments by placement type so each is measured against appropriate benchmarks.
Multi-office firms need the dashboard to segment by office location and by manager. Recruiter metrics are visible at the recruiter level, rolled up to office, and to the firm level. Managers see their team's data; firm leadership sees all offices. Role-based access controls this visibility.
Recruiter activity metrics, pipeline conversion, and client portfolio dashboard typically runs $30k–$60k. ATS integration complexity and multi-office structure add scope. Fixed-price.
