Construction software built for the way projects actually run — not the way Procore assumes they do.

We build full-stack construction applications — project management systems, subcontractor portals, inspection and punch list tools, and the financial tracking infrastructure that keeps complex builds on budget. Fixed scope, fixed price.

The problem
Procore is the $100M GC's tool. Your project management, RFI tracking, subcontractor coordination, and budget reporting needs software that fits the way your company runs — not a reconfigured enterprise platform that still doesn't fit.

Construction is a project business with a data management problem. Every project generates hundreds of documents — drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, inspection reports, lien waivers, and daily logs. Every project has a financial story — bid, contract value, change order history, cost-to-date, committed cost, and projected final cost. Every project has a coordination story — which subcontractors are on site, what they're working on, what their open issues are, and what approvals they're waiting for.

Procore and Buildertrend solve this for companies with the budget and the operational capacity to configure and maintain an enterprise platform. Mid-market contractors and specialty contractors often find that Procore's feature surface is too broad, its cost is too high for the project volume they're running, and its configuration options don't map cleanly to their specific project structure.

The alternative isn't to accept broken processes — it's to build software that fits the way the business actually runs. A GC that builds 15–20 commercial tenant improvements per year has different project management needs than one building 150-unit multifamily projects. Software built to that specific project type and workflow is more useful and more adopted than a reconfigured enterprise tool.

What we build

A full-stack construction application with project management, subcontractor portal, inspection tools, document management, and job cost tracking — built for the way your business manages projects.

Project management with your project structure

Projects configured with your phases, milestones, and completion criteria. Schedule management with milestone dependency tracking. Daily log with weather, crew count, and progress notes. Punchlist and inspection tracking with photo documentation.

Document management

Drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders organised by project and document type. Version control with current drawing set clearly identified. RFI workflow with subcontractor submission, PM review, and design team response. Change order workflow with approval signature capture.

Subcontractor portal

Subcontractor login with their assigned work, open RFIs, submittal approvals needed, and payment applications submitted. Lien waiver collection and tracking per payment application. Insurance certificate tracking with expiry alerts.

Job cost tracking

Budget by cost code. Committed cost (subcontracts, purchase orders) tracked against budget. Actual cost (invoices received) tracked against committed. Projected final cost with variance from budget. Change order impact on budget updated in real time.

Field mobile tools

Site superintendent mobile interface for daily logs, photo capture, inspection forms, and punchlist item creation. Offline capability for sites with poor connectivity. Syncs to the project record on reconnect. Built on Next.js, React Native for mobile field tools, Postgres, S3 for document storage, and DocuSign for change order signatures.

Engagement

One honest number to start.

Fixed-scope, fixed-price. The number below is the starting point — final scope is built from your brief.

Process

Three steps, every time.

The same repeatable engagement on every project. No surprises, no mystery, no billable ambiguity.

01Week 0

Brief & discovery.

We send you questions, then get on a call. Output: a written scope with every step, feature, and integration listed.

02Weeks 1–N

Build & ship.

Fixed schedule, weekly reviews. No scope creep unless you change the scope — and if you do, we reprice it transparently.

03Post-launch

Warranty & retainer.

30-day warranty on every launch. Most clients stay on a monthly retainer for ongoing features and maintenance.

Why fixed-price

Why Fixed-Price Matters Here

Construction companies evaluate technology against the same criteria they apply to every project cost: defined scope, defined price, and clear delivery terms. A software engagement structured the same way as the contracts you execute every day is the right structure for the relationship.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Yes — the platform is multi-project with each project having its own team, document structure, and financial tracking. PM managers see a portfolio view; project-level staff see only their assigned project unless granted cross-project access.

Core field functions (daily log creation, photo capture, inspection form completion, punchlist updates) are available offline and synced to the project record when connectivity is restored. Document viewing requires prior caching of the specific documents.

RFIs are routed to an external email address for design team response. The design team responds by email; the response is captured and attached to the RFI record automatically. The design team doesn't need a system login to participate in the RFI process.

Project management, document management, subcontractor portal, job cost tracking, and mobile field tools typically runs $45k–$90k. Accounting system integration (Sage, QuickBooks, Viewpoint) and complex cost coding structures add scope. Fixed-price.

14 to 18 weeks for a production construction platform with mobile field tools.
