Real estate dashboards that give you live pipeline visibility without asking your agents to update a spreadsheet.
We build real estate dashboards for brokerages, proptech companies, and investment firms — agent pipeline views, deal milestone trackers, investor reporting portals, and the property analytics that replace manual spreadsheets with a live data layer. Fixed scope, fixed price.
Your deal pipeline lives in a spreadsheet that's always stale. Your agents are reporting GCI at the end of the month. Your investors are getting PDF reports that took 10 hours to produce. None of that is real-time and none of it scales.
Real estate is a data-rich industry where most of the data is locked in places that require manual work to extract. Agent production data is in the MLS (closed transaction data) and the ATS (pipeline data). Financial data is in the back-office accounting system. Deal details are in the transaction management system. Pipeline discussions happen in email and CRM notes. Assembling a complete picture of brokerage production requires someone to pull data from four systems and reconcile it — and that person is usually the broker-owner or the operations manager, spending hours on what should be an automated view.
For investment firms, the problem is different but similar in cause. A real estate investment firm with 20 active deals needs a portfolio view that shows equity position, current value, debt balance, cash flow, and projected returns across all assets simultaneously. That view is typically produced manually by an analyst every month, pulling data from the property management system, the loan servicer portal, and the accounting system. A dashboard that aggregates those sources in real time makes the portfolio view available to GPs and LPs without the monthly production cycle.
Real estate dashboards also have an external use case that most teams underestimate: the investor portal. LPs in real estate funds and syndications expect online access to their investment performance data — distribution history, return metrics, document access — in the same way they expect it from every other financial product they use. Delivering that through an emailed PDF feels increasingly amateur.
A real estate analytics dashboard with live pipeline visibility, agent performance metrics, deal milestone tracking, and investor reporting — without spreadsheets, manual data entry, or month-end reporting marathons.
Agent pipeline and production dashboard
Active listings and buyer-side deals per agent with price, status, and estimated close date. GCI closed YTD vs. target per agent. Pipeline GCI at current close rate. Ranking view for managers. Pulls from CRM and transaction management system data.
Deal milestone tracker
Active transaction timeline view: offer accepted, inspection contingency, appraisal, clear to close, closing date. Milestone completion status from Dotloop, Skyslope, or custom transaction management data. Days to close by deal type (buyer, seller, both sides).
Property investment portfolio
For investment firms: property-level view with equity, debt, net operating income, and cash-on-cash return. Portfolio-level roll-up with total equity, weighted average return, and distribution yield. Capital account tracker for syndications.
LP investor portal
Investor login with their specific positions, equity contribution, distributions received, and projected returns. K-1 and tax document access. Deal-level performance updates. Replaces the emailed PDF update.
Market data integration
MLS market data (median price, days on market, absorption rate) for the agent's target markets. Competitive listing analysis for listing price positioning. Market trend charts for investor presentations. Built on Next.js, Recharts, Postgres, MLS RESO API, Dotloop/Skyslope API integrations, and Stripe for investor distributions.

Why Fixed-Price Matters Here
Real estate business owners and investment managers are transaction-oriented. A dashboard investment with a defined scope and price — evaluated against the broker time, analyst time, or LP capital it affects — is a decision they're comfortable making. Fixed scope, fixed price.

The pipeline dashboard is most accurate when it pulls from the transaction management system (Dotloop, Skyslope) rather than relying on CRM self-reporting. Transaction management data is more consistently maintained because it's required for deal compliance. CRM data is supplemental for pre-contract pipeline stages.
Investment portfolio structures vary: equity syndications, preferred equity, debt investments, and REIT structures each have different return and distribution mechanics. We design the data model during discovery to support the specific structures your firm uses. Multiple structures can coexist in the same portfolio view with appropriate display logic.
Automated investor reporting — scheduled PDF or HTML email with portfolio-level metrics and property updates — is a specific feature within the investor portal scope. The report content and delivery schedule are configured based on your investor relations workflow.
Agent pipeline dashboard, deal milestone tracker, and investor portal typically runs $30k–$65k. LP portal with Stripe distribution and investor document management add scope. Fixed-price.
