Property search starts on a phone. Your mobile experience should win that moment.
We build custom mobile apps for real estate companies — property search, virtual tours, enquiry management, and agent collaboration tools that convert mobile browsers into active buyers. Fixed scope, fixed price.
90% of your property searches start on mobile. If the listing page experience is a responsive website, you're converting mobile intent into desktop sessions that never happen — losing buyers at the moment of peak interest.
The National Association of Realtors has reported for years that over 90% of buyers use the internet in their search — and the overwhelming majority of those searches start on mobile. The problem for regional real estate agencies and proptech startups isn't awareness; it's that the mobile experience is a responsive website, and responsive websites convert worse than native apps on every engagement metric that matters for property search.
Zillow and Realtor.com win the mass-market property search on mobile because their native apps are excellent. If you're a regional operator, a proptech startup building a niche marketplace (commercial industrial, vacation rentals, affordable housing), or a developer selling direct to buyers, competing with a responsive website isn't competing — it's defaulting to second place.
The buyers using your mobile experience have intense, time-limited intent. They're at a neighbourhood looking at a building. They're at an open house and they want to pull up comparable sales. They're lying in bed at 10pm and a listing just pushed to their saved search. Every one of those moments demands a response that's fast, touch-native, and frictionless. A web portal on mobile is none of those things.
On the agent side, the mobile app that eliminates clipboard-and-phone workflow — entering enquiry data into a CRM from a business card, manually logging a viewing, emailing a client brochure — is the tool that makes your best agents more productive and helps junior agents close faster.
A native property search and enquiry app where buyers find listings, tour virtually, save properties, and connect with an agent in the same session — converting mobile search intent at the point it's highest.
Property search with map and filter
Listings with full-screen photo galleries, virtual tour embeds, floor plans, map view with radius filter, and saved search with push alerts for new listings matching criteria.
Saved properties and shortlisting
Buyers build a shortlist, share it with a partner or agent, and annotate listings with notes. Shortlists persist across sessions and sync to the CRM.
Enquiry and viewing request flow
One-tap enquiry from a listing triggers an agent notification. Viewing request includes calendar availability from the agent, confirmation push, and reminder the morning of.
Agent companion tools
Viewings calendar, enquiry inbox, client shortlist visibility, note-taking on a showing, and one-tap CRM log (Salesforce, HubSpot, or custom). Eliminates the post-showing admin catch-up.
Push notifications for saved search matches
The high-engagement feature: buyer saves a search for "3-bed under $800k in [suburb]" and gets a push within minutes of a matching listing going live. This drives same-day viewings. Built with Expo and React Native, Mapbox or Google Maps for property map, Convex for real-time listing updates, and Matterport / virtual tour embed support.

Most MLS systems expose data via RETS or RESO Web API. We integrate with your MLS feed or IDX provider (Spark API, Bridge Interactive, IMLS) to pull live listing data into the app. Listing data is synced on a configurable schedule — as frequently as every 15 minutes for high-activity markets.
