Eventbrite takes 8% of every ticket. Custom ticketing platforms take 0%.

We build custom event management platforms — ticketing systems, attendee portals, exhibitor management, venue operations, and the registration and payment infrastructure that supports in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. Fixed scope, fixed price.

The problem
Eventbrite and Cvent work until your events are generating enough revenue that their transaction fees are a meaningful cost line. At 1,000 tickets per event, you're paying Eventbrite $8,000–$15,000 per event in fees. A custom platform pays for itself in 2–3 events.

Event companies pay platform fees at every ticket sale, and the math works against them at scale. Eventbrite charges 3.7% + $1.79 per paid ticket on its top tier. At an average ticket price of $150 and 1,000 attendees, that's $7,290 per event. An event company running 10 events per year is paying $70k+ annually in platform fees — for infrastructure that doesn't build any equity, own any customer data, or differentiate their brand.

Beyond the fee problem, off-the-shelf platforms constrain what's possible at the event experience layer. Custom registration forms, conditional ticket types (early bird, speaker, sponsor, VIP), session selection for multi-track conferences, exhibitor and sponsor portals, and post-event content access — these are all requirements for professional event operators that generic platforms handle inconsistently and expensively.

Attendee data is the long-term asset. The email list, the engagement data, the session attendance patterns, and the post-event survey responses that a custom platform captures and retains are worth more than the upfront development cost for an event company running recurring events to the same audience. With a third-party platform, that data is siloed, partially accessible, and belongs to the platform as much as it belongs to you.

What we build

A custom event platform where ticket sales, registration, attendee management, check-in, and post-event engagement run on your infrastructure — no transaction fees, full data ownership, and a branded experience that Eventbrite can't give you.

Ticketing and registration

Ticket types with pricing, quantity limits, and conditional availability (early bird auto-expiry, group rates, discount codes). Stripe checkout with payment plan option for high-ticket events. Confirmation email with ticket QR code and calendar invite.

Attendee portal

Personalised portal with ticket, agenda, speaker profiles, session selection (for multi-track events), networking opt-in, and post-event content access. Used before, during, and after the event.

Check-in and badge printing

Mobile check-in app with QR code scanner for ticket validation. Badge printing integration with Dymo or Zebra printers. Real-time attendee count visible to event staff. Walk-up registration with on-site payment.

Exhibitor and sponsor management

Exhibitor portal with booth assignment, collateral upload, and lead capture tool. Sponsor portal with logo management, speaking slot requests, and metrics (impressions, booth visits).

Post-event engagement

Session recordings published to the attendee portal after the event. Post-event survey with NPS and session ratings. Email sequences triggered from attendee engagement data. Waitlist and early-bird capture for the next event. Built on Next.js, Postgres, Stripe for payments, and a mobile check-in app.

Why fixed-price

Why Fixed-Price Matters Here

Event operators are running their businesses on event P&L models. Technology investment is evaluated against the per-event cost and the break-even on platform fees. Fixed scope and fixed price is the structure that makes the investment calculation clear: the platform pays for itself after N events.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Yes — hybrid configuration supports in-person ticket types and virtual ticket types with different access. Virtual attendees access a livestream or video-on-demand portal. In-person attendees check in via QR. Both attend the same event with different access surfaces.

During registration or via the attendee portal, attendees select sessions from the published agenda. Session capacity limits control registration. The event staff can see per-session attendance for room planning. Attendee's selected sessions appear in their personal agenda.

We integrate with SSID-based access control systems for events that require managed WiFi. Attendees with valid tickets receive WiFi credentials in their attendee portal. This is a scope add-on for venues with the right network infrastructure.

Ticketing, attendee portal, check-in app, exhibitor management, and post-event engagement typically runs $40k–$85k. Virtual event streaming infrastructure and multi-venue support add scope. Fixed-price.
