The problem
You've built internal tools to manage multi-warehouse inventory, purchase orders, and supplier communications because Shopify and its app ecosystem don't handle your operational complexity. Other operators in your category have the same problem.

Shopify is an excellent commerce platform for selling. It's not designed for the operational complexity behind the storefront: multi-warehouse inventory allocation, purchase order management with suppliers, kitting and bundling across component SKUs, returns processing with restocking rules, or the real-time profitability calculation per order after COGS, shipping, and ad spend.

Most growing ecommerce operators have a hybrid system: Shopify for the storefront, a 3PL portal for warehousing, Excel for purchase orders and supplier communications, and a spreadsheet for profitability. At $1M ARR, that works. At $5M, the seams start to show. At $10M, the operational overhead becomes a constraint on growth.

The operators who've solved this problem with internal tools — custom inventory managers, automated PO generators, supplier portals — have a product. Every ecommerce operator in their niche has the same problem and would pay $500 to $2,000 per month to not have to solve it themselves.

What we build

Your internal ecommerce operations tooling productised as a multi-tenant SaaS — the inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination features that solve the problem for every operator in your category, with Shopify integration built in.

Inventory management with warehouse locations

SKU-level stock across multiple warehouse locations, bin-level tracking for 3PLs, low-stock alerts, and reorder point automation. Synced bidirectionally with Shopify.

Purchase order management

PO creation from low-stock triggers or manual initiation, supplier-facing portal for PO acknowledgement and ASN, and receiving workflow that updates inventory on arrival.

Supplier and product data management

Supplier records with contact, payment terms, lead times, and product catalogue. Cost pricing per supplier per SKU, with landed cost calculation including freight and duty.

Kitting and bundle management

Composite SKU management where a bundle is auto-fulfilled from component inventory, with correct deduction of each component on order.

Order profitability dashboard

Per-order margin calculation with COGS, shipping, ad attribution, payment fees, and return rates — the numbers Shopify doesn't show you natively. Built on Next.js, Postgres, Shopify Storefront and Admin APIs, and Stripe for subscription billing if selling to other operators.

Why fixed-price

Why Fixed-Price Matters Here

Ecommerce operators run lean operations with tight unit economics. Technology investment needs to be sized against a clear ROI — hours saved per week, reduced stockout frequency, purchasing efficiency. Fixed scope and fixed price makes that calculation clean.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

We use Shopify's Admin API webhooks to receive inventory events in real-time (new orders, returns, manual adjustments) and update our inventory ledger immediately. We write back to Shopify inventory when receiving POs or completing returns, so your Shopify storefront always reflects current availability.

Yes — the inventory and fulfilment model supports multiple fulfilment methods per SKU: ship-from-warehouse, 3PL forwarding (via ShipBob, ShipHero, or direct 3PL API), and supplier dropship. Fulfilment routing rules are configurable per SKU and order type.

Yes — the architecture is built multi-tenant from the start if you're productising for sale. Each operator gets their own data isolation, Shopify OAuth connection, and Stripe billing subscription.
