A practical starting point
One workflow, clearly managed.
The standardized offering uses a reusable foundation customized to one primary workflow, with business fields and rules, a staff dashboard for up to 10 staff, and an optional basic customer portal for the same workflow. Customers can sign in, submit information and follow their records and status where applicable.
It includes basic automation, notifications, status summaries and filters, straightforward structured CSV import, standard hosting, database and authentication, one live training session and basic documentation. Portal accounts and infrastructure are subject to fair use in your agreement.
Additional workflows, complex portals, advanced permissions or analytics, document management, messaging, integrations, complex migration, extensive automation and major features need separate scoping and pricing.
Payment options
Choose the structure that fits.
You always own your business data. After full upfront payment you own software created specifically for you, excluding reusable components, frameworks and third-party technology. With no upfront development, RCB retains the implementation and grants usage rights; a buyout may be negotiated. Exceptions, licensing, export and handoff are documented in your agreement.

What happens if I cancel?
Websites and systems with upfront development are month-to-month and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; websites have no additional cancellation fee. The eligible no-upfront system option has a six-month minimum, then continues month-to-month. Early cancellation during that commitment leaves remaining payments due, subject to the agreement and applicable law.

You own your website and content and receive transferable files on cancellation, subject to third-party licenses; substantial migration help may be quoted. You always own your business data.
