Services and proposals
Website content, example features, starting prices, and illustrative projects are informational and do not create a service agreement. Any project is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement defining its scope, price, responsibilities, and terms.
One-Page Launch
The One-Page Launch has a fixed project price of US$200, paid before work begins. It covers one responsive customer-facing page, one primary call to action, content arranged from information and assets supplied by the client, one revision round, and launch preparation. It does not include accounts, a database, a private dashboard, custom application workflows, or other functionality not stated in the project agreement.
Optional ongoing care starts at US$25/month for hosting, monitoring, technical maintenance, and one small content update each quarter. It is only included when confirmed in the project agreement.
Business Website
The Business Website has a fixed project price of US$1,000, with US$500 paid to begin and US$500 paid before launch. It covers up to five customer-facing pages, page strategy, light copy refinement from information supplied by the client, relevant forms, technical SEO foundations, analytics setup, two revision rounds, and launch preparation.
Optional ongoing care starts at US$50/month for hosting, monitoring, technical maintenance, and one small content update each month. It is only included when confirmed in the project agreement.
Custom Business System
Custom Business System engagements start at US$2,500 for a tightly scoped system centred on one core workflow. The standard two-stage payment is 60% to begin and 40% before launch; at US$2,500, this is US$1,500 and US$1,000.
Broader systems are quoted above the starting price from the written scope. Ongoing support starts at US$150/month after launch for monitoring, backups, maintenance, and priority bug fixes. New features are quoted separately, and final support pricing depends on the system’s users, workflows, integrations, data, security, and operational responsibility.
Project ownership
Ownership terms for completed project-specific work are defined in the project agreement. RCB Software retains ownership of reusable internal components, development tools, frameworks, and systems used across multiple projects. A project agreement may include more specific intellectual-property terms and will govern if it differs from this general summary.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s design, copy, branding, and original materials belong to RCB Software. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
